I said my goal for the week was to get back to tracking and I have hit it so far. Overall the week was OK, not particularly perfect, but not particularly bad either. Got some gym sessions in as well. So a nice initial drop.
I’d like to get back to under 180 pronto. It’s been way too long.
This morning taking my first run since the marathon. Time to hit the road.
