This month has a few challenges – posts may be erratic until August.

The usual pattern unfortunately of a strong start but a weak finish to the week.  4th of July combined with chinese take-out and ice cream with another late night work night on Friday ended the week.  I did however, get 3 (4 after I finish this) workouts in though this week!  The first time since the marathon.

Also, I can’t believe it’s been two years since I started this.  While the last few months have been tough, I still feel pretty good about how far I’ve come.

Now off to the road.  Summer running is hot work!  Earlier the better.
