T-18 – Kick It’

Few days overdue, I know, but…I decided to extend the training program to 18 weeks and started July 1st.  I’ll be repeating Week 1 an extra two times.

  • I’ve barely done anything since the marathon two months ago and have definitely lost stamina
  • I’ve got some complications this month and might need some workaround so having a little extra under the belt will help
  • It’s gone from barely spring to summer now since last run and boy is it sticky now
  • I want to push the speed (combined with no stamina, not so fun)
