T-17 – Hot Hot Hot

Continuing a repeat of week 1 training program before we kick off for real starting today.  I think this sums up how it feels to run:

Improvement over last week but I’d still like to see better overall time.  I’m getting some 7:30 minute runs in followed by heaving and gasping and walking.  I guess I could slow down and see if the stamina is better but I really want to get the sub-4 time this time around.
