T-16 – Official

First official week 1 as the 16 week training program commences.  Things were a little out of order but got all the runs in.  With they went better, but I’m glad I decided to start earlier.  This week while not great was better than the first two.  Well except for the long run – that was grim – it was hot.  And sticky.  I skeeve myself out trying to take off the running clothes, they are that sweaty.
