T-15 – Obstacle Week
Last week was challenging as I was on vacation (also why there is no weigh in or food log). Ate too much for sure (but not terribly) but got my runs in despite numerous obstacles. Due to technical difficulties, only recording the 3+4+3+6 mileage and no fastest time, as some of the warm-up/cool-downs had tech difficulties (I got punted out of local gym half-way thru one run and did it half on tread-mill / half-outdoors, etc etc ). The good news is the weather was cooler and I was able to confirm at least some of the recent issues really were about heat.
