Slowing down slightly seems to be the key to success.  Not sure why I had to learn this lesson again, but I did.

Despite obstacles got my runs in and times look way better than last training round.  Knocked 6 1/2 minutes off the 10 miler compared to February.  Averaged 8:46 during the main part of the run.  That said, still slightly slower than the training I did right before last years cancelled marathon.  I continue to think I would have really nailed it last year – I had sleep, I had motivation, I had more time.  But in any case, the focus is on this time and the desire to complete sub 4 hours.
