Didn’t actually skip last week’s post.  But looks like I saved it to drafts and never published it!

Didn’t do too well this week.  Didn’t record very much either.  Was in 2 days of meetings mid-week from 8 – 6pm with full catering.  Boring meetings + pastries/brownies sitting in front of you = eating too much.  Plus crazy stress prepping for meetings beforehand and crazy catch-up on Friday after being unavailable for two days = bad eating.

Looking to a quieter week this week.

Now off to the road for 11 miles…
