.. every week could be like this!  Had a pretty well behaved week overall, little weak at the end but still pretty good and the results are showing it.  Just getting back to the basics of eating decently and adding the fruit back in instead of junk.  Won’t be sustainable at this pace, but will enjoy it while it lasts.

Now off to the road!
