The bad news – my mid-week runs were not great.  I wasn’t feeling 100% most of this week.  The heat and humidity made a temporary comeback too.  My medium range run was horrible, nearly 11 minute miles.  I also did them 3 days in a row, so the last short wasn’t great either.

The good news – my 16 miler was great.  I was feeling better, got some sleep the night before and hadn’t run since Thursday night.  This is my 10th 16 miler in the last nearly two years.  Third best time which was a big pick me up after the week.

The bad news – did not like how my knee was feeling towards the end or after.  Not so bad this morning, but strongly concerned.
