T-7

Reverse of last week.  Awesome mid-range run, great pace.  Horrible 16 miler on Sunday.  Wound up running my last short run late Saturday evening.  Big mistake.  Even taking it easy, starting a 16 miler 12 hours later, not a lot left in the tank.  First 8 miles wasn’t shabby, second 8 miles was horrific and involved a fair bit of walking.
