The long workdays continue, and the recording is off (when you work a 24 hour day recording becomes a low priority).  Also splitting the day is a bit of funny one.  All in all it’s been working out not so badly since I’m typically eating too much on “Friday” and eating one meal on Saturday.  Only one more to go it looks like.

At the same time, finally the running is losing the weight.  Will need to be careful next few weeks during the taper not to eat too much as I am not running as much.

Now off to the road!
