T-3: Taper Week 1

Last of the 5, 8, 5 mid-weeks.  Getting off the treadmill for the last 5 miler on there was a huge relief.  Knowing my mid-week 8 miler was the last long mid-weeker was great too.  The run on Sunday for a blessedly short 9 miles was fantastic.
