  2. Hey how do you get your loseit to post like that?

  3. 1) In WordPress – under dashboard – click my blogs.Click enable to post by email. Gives you an email address to use. This lets you make posts directly by emailing them.

    2) In lose it, go to motivators tab. Email reports, daily or weekly

    3) now you have 2 choices.
    a) have lose it email directly to WP. Works fine. Two kinks – it includes an unsubcribe link in your post which means somone clicking on your post could unsubscribe your weekly report (I think – never tried it). Other problem is posts will not be tagged/categorized
    b) Have lose it mail it to your personal email. Forward and edit it from there. I strip out the Fwd, the unsubcribe links and I add categories in tags by adding to the email:

    [category Exercise Log, Food Log, Software, Weight]
    [tags diet, lose it!, weekly weigh-in, weight, weight loss, workouts]
