Woo! I reckon that this is roughly my lightest in about 7 years.
Was not sure what to expect this week. First week at the new job and first week fully cut back to normal workout routine. So far so good. The commute now includes 15 minutes of solid walking each way (about .8 of mile each way), though crowds, traffic lights and a desire not to get to working dripping in sweat mean the pacing is a little erratic. Definitely was feeling it the first few days (carrying a laptop + personal effects in). The other good news is the new cafeteria offers what is a called a “Whole+Sum” lunch style option similar to this one. Hopefully they vary up the options each week, otherwise that could get tiresome.
