WOW!  What a crazy week.  I have been bouncing up and down more than usual.  Whole pounds every day.  Yesterday’s weight was 224.  Friday was 226.1.  Now I suspect part of this was sleep (not enough most of the week).  In addition, I reckon about of a pound of the final weight is dehydration from last night when I went out for a few beers with a good friend (still within daily calorie limits tho!).  Either way, puts me in the final 10 pound countdown for this phase!
