T-10

Got all my runs in, but boy was it ugly.  The heat didn’t ratchet up too bad, but the humidity went up a lot.  After my 12 miler on Sunday, I was as drenched as if I’d run in the rain.  I was still completely soaked 30 minutes later.  My towel which is normally damp after a long run was absolutely drenched.  Needless to say, the time was not fantastic.  Definitely a slower one than other 12 milers.

This week…the half-marathons begin!
